Good afternoon;

Now that the work is complete, I can say that Dan and his team did an excellent job, start to finish.

Dan kept in contact with myself through the whole process and took time to explain issues that came up along the way.  He and his team were very friendly and conducted themselves in a very professional matter.

When asked, he worked with both insurance adjusters and helped in explaining what SERVPRO did throughout the week.
